JUDAS BULL
15hX26wX12d Edition of 100
The Indian learned as a boy how
to survive knowing that even in his own country he might at any time encounter
an enemy war party. He moved cautiously, never walking boldly over the crest of
a hill, but peering beyond to see whether other men were in sight, or how the
animals around him were acting. In crossing a wide flat, a man on horseback
would often bend over and cover himself with his robe so that anyone seeing him
from a distance might think he was a buffalo. In this instance, with a bit of
artist's license, "JUDAS BULL" now appears with the perfect
silhouette of a buffalo... with plenty of mystery for the viewer to finish the
story!
