Biography:For Dale TerBush, nothing is more wonderful than the beauty of Mother Nature. His romantic landscape paintings give testimony to his love and respect for the earth. He is a kindred spirit to the 19th-century artists Thomas Cole, Albreit Bierstadt and Frederich Church. In his words, you will also see the warming influence of Maxfield Parrish. Over the past 13+ years, TerBush has become recognized as one of our country’s most popular and successful landscape artists. Painting from his imagination, he shares with us his view of nature as unspoiled by human hands. He feels that by challenging himself to portray what he imagines on canvas as well as manipulating light, color and mood, he is exercising his mind and sharing his soul. The feast that those who view his work feel the spirituality and romance within it pleases him. He feels the language of his art is also the language of his heart. He desires to take the collector into each work, not just to see the texture of the rock or the color of the sky, but to feel the energy that radiates from within the earth. His goal is to inspire not only your mind but to touch your heart.
